Water coolers and ice machines for schools
Cold and hot water for the faculty room and front office, plus ice for the coaches, kept running by a local team that picks up the phone.

Schools
A school day runs on bells, and the adults work around them. Teachers get a few minutes between periods to refill a bottle in the faculty room. The front office has steady traffic of its own: parents signing kids out, a substitute checking in, a secretary with a mug of tea going by second period. After the last bell, coaches and athletic trainers need ice for team coolers before practice, and on game nights the building fills up again.
Most schools already have a cooler somewhere, and a lot of those coolers are tired. Some were left by a provider that quietly stopped booking visits. Others were bought by a former principal or a parent group and haven't had a new filter since the first year. The athletics ice machine is often in the roughest shape, since it sits idle all summer and no one in the building knows how to bring it back.
We work with district buildings as well as charter and private schools across Utah. The people who install and fix our machines are our own employees. They connect each one to the building's plumbing with reverse osmosis built in, and if a machine stops pouring, the service call costs the school nothing; it gets repaired or swapped out. We track the upkeep, so it never lands on the custodian or the office manager. Put one in the faculty room for a free week; 98 out of 100 businesses that try our equipment keep it.
What it needs to do.
Quick refills between periods
A teacher has a few minutes and an empty bottle. A cooler near the classrooms gets used; one at the far end of the building mostly doesn't.
A front office that takes care of visitors
Hot water for tea, a cold cup for a parent or a visiting speaker, poured from a cooler that looks like somebody looks after it.
Ice for practices and games
Coaches and trainers fill coolers and ice bags in the afternoon, usually all at the same time. A combo unit in the staff room can't keep up with that; a stand-alone ice machine can.
Upkeep planned around the school year
Buildings empty out over summer and breaks. We plan the scheduled visits with whoever runs the building, around the calendar you give us.
What fits.
Our rep confirms the right mix at a free site visit.
- Bottleless Water CoolersA bottleless cooler with hot and cold taps suits the faculty room and the main office, the two places adults go for a drink all day.
- Water & Ice Combo CoolersIn a smaller school's staff room, or one wing's teacher workroom, a single combo unit covers chilled water, hot water for tea and pebble ice.
- Commercial Ice MachinesA stainless ice and water dispenser on a counter or its own stand in the training room keeps up when every team fills its coolers before practice.

Where in a school do your machines usually go?
Wherever staff spend their few free minutes: the faculty room, teacher workrooms, the main office, and the athletic area or training room. Each spot needs a supply pipe we can tie into, a place to drain and an electrical outlet. A room with a sink usually checks every box.
Can one cooler handle a whole faculty?
At a small charter or private school, often it can. In a larger building, teachers won't cross two hallways and a stairwell during a passing period, so a machine on each floor or wing gets a lot more use. Our rep tours the school with you and recommends how many, at no charge.
Our coaches need ice for athletics. What fits?
A dedicated ice machine, usually in the training room or near the locker rooms, where coaches can fill team coolers without hauling them across campus. Its ice starts as water that reverse osmosis has already stripped of most minerals. That matters with Utah's hard water, which otherwise leaves scale inside the machine.
What happens to the machines over summer break?
They stay where they are. Many of our coolers have a UV lamp inside the reservoir to help keep the stored water fresh while the building is quiet. Share your calendar with us and we'll aim to book scheduled maintenance for a stretch when the building is open, so things are ready for the first week back.
Do you work with charter and private schools, or only districts?
Both. We install in district buildings, charter schools and private schools all over the state. Whoever looks after the building, whether that's a principal, a business manager or a facilities lead, can book the visit with our rep.
Can our teachers test it out first?
Yes. We'll put one in the faculty room for a free week and let the teachers weigh in. If something goes wrong after you keep it, your call is picked up by our own staff in Salt Lake City, not a call center. Fill out the quote form and we'll reach out within 1 business day.
