How does the free trial work?
We install a system at no charge so your team can use it for a week, then we follow up to see how it went. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.
What happens if something stops working?
Call us. Service calls are free, and we’ll fix the machine or swap it for another one. Most calls are handled the same day and nearly all the rest the next day.
Do I have to remember to schedule maintenance?
No. We keep track of it and reach out to schedule your next visit. Your technician changes the filters and checks the machine while they’re there.
What do you need to install a system?
A water line we can tee off, a drain for the reverse-osmosis system, and a power outlet nearby. We check all three during the site visit.
Do we have to buy the equipment?
No. Most businesses lease their equipment from us monthly, so we’re the ones keeping it running. We quote after a quick site visit.
Can we switch from our current provider?
Yes. Most of our customers switched from another provider or a store-bought unit. We’ll plan the timing with you and usually install in the same spot.
How is it better than bottled water?
Every system purifies your building’s water with multi-stage reverse osmosis: sediment, carbon, an RO membrane and a polishing filter. Many units add UV sanitizing to keep the tank clean. And it never runs out.
Are employers required to provide drinking water?
Yes. OSHA requires employers to provide potable drinking water (29 CFR 1910.141). A break-room sink technically counts, but a cooler is what people actually use.
Where do you install?
All of Utah. We’re based in Salt Lake City and most customers are along the Wasatch Front, but we install and service statewide.
