Water & Ice Combo Coolers
Cold water, hot water and pebble ice from one machine on your own water line. The one everybody in the office ends up using.

Overview
A combo unit does the work of a water cooler and an ice machine in one. It connects to the water line you already have, purifies the water with reverse osmosis, and pours cold water, hot water and pebble ice. Some units add room-temperature water and make bullet ice instead.
For an office of ten to twenty people, it’s the perk that gets used every single day. Ice for the afternoon drink, hot water for tea and oatmeal, cold water all day. Plenty of people fill a cup on the way out, too.
Most of our combo customers switched from another provider or from a store-bought unit nobody kept up with. What changed for them is the service: a local person answers, service calls are free, and we schedule the maintenance so nobody has to remember it.
Why businesses choose it.
Ice people actually want
Pebble ice, the soft kind people go out of their way for. Some units make bullet ice instead.
Hot, cold and ice in one spot
One machine covers coffee breaks, lunch and the afternoon slump. No separate kettle or ice trays.
Purified on site
Reverse osmosis takes out the hardness and the chlorine taste of your tap water, right before it hits the cup.
It never runs out
It runs off your building’s water line, so there’s nothing to order and nothing to haul.
What comes with it.
Installed by our own technicians and looked after for as long as you have it.
Installed by our own technicians
We tee off an existing water line with small tubing, connect the drain, plug it in, and clean up after ourselves.
Free service calls
If it stops working, we fix it or swap it, as often as you need. Most calls are handled the same day.
Maintenance we schedule
Every 12 to 18 months we come out, change the filters and check the machine. You don’t have to remember.

What is a water and ice combo unit?
One machine that pours cold water, hot water and ice. It connects to your building’s water line and purifies the water with reverse osmosis, so it never needs bottles and never runs out.
What kind of ice does it make?
Most of our combo units make pebble ice, the soft, chewable kind. Some make bullet ice. We’ll show you both at the site visit.
Is a combo unit right for our office?
Combo units are a great fit for offices of about 10 to 20 people. Bigger teams or places that go through a lot of ice may want a dedicated ice machine. We’ll help you pick at a free site visit.
What do you need to install one?
A water line we can tee off, a drain for the reverse osmosis system, and a power outlet nearby. We check all three at the site visit.
What happens if it stops working?
Call us. Service calls are free, and we’ll fix the machine or swap it. Most calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day.
Can we try one first?
Yes. We’ll install it free for a week so your team can use it, then follow up to see how it went. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.
