Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Ogden
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 40 minutes from our shop.

Serving Ogden
Ogden works a little differently from the rest of the Wasatch Front. There are plenty of offices downtown and around Weber State, but a big share of the city clocks in at a plant, a distribution building or a shop. Business Depot Ogden, the old defense depot on the west side, is full of manufacturers and warehouses, and the aerospace work tied to Hill Air Force Base adds more.
We put water and ice in all of those places. A combo unit with pebble ice for a 15-person office on Washington Boulevard. An ice machine in a plant break room where the ice goes fast in July. A hot and cold cooler in a clinic near McKay-Dee Hospital, or in the crew room of a tire shop.
We look after Ogden from our shop in Salt Lake City, about 40 minutes up I-15. The technicians who make that drive are our own employees, and when you call, a person in Salt Lake picks up. Most service calls are done the same day, and nearly all the rest the next.

Ogden water.
Ogden's water comes from a mix of sources: city wells, Pineview Reservoir and Wheeler Creek, plus treated water bought from the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District. Like the rest of Utah, it's hard water, and EWG reports for Utah systems flag some contaminants above EWG health guidelines. You notice the minerals as a flat taste in the glass and as scale inside hot tanks and ice machines. Our systems run the building's own water through reverse osmosis right at the machine, so every glass and every cup of ice tastes the same. We keep the machine itself in shape at maintenance we schedule every 12 to 18 months, when we change the filters.
Questions from Ogden businesses.
Anything else, just call. A real person picks up. 801-609-4321
Is Ogden too far north for you to service quickly?
No. Our shop is in Salt Lake City, about 40 minutes up I-15, and our own technicians make the drive. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day. Service calls are free: if a machine isn't working, we fix it or swap it.
Do you cover the rest of Weber County, or just Ogden?
The rest of it too: Roy, Riverdale, South Ogden, North Ogden, Harrisville, Pleasant View, Farr West and up into Ogden Valley. We cover the whole state of Utah, so if your business has a second location somewhere else, we can look after that one as well.
We already have a water cooler. Why would we switch?
Most businesses that call us already have one. They switch because the old provider stopped calling back, or nobody has touched the filters in years. With us, a real person in Salt Lake answers the phone, our own technicians show up, and we schedule maintenance so you don't have to chase it. Try a new machine free for a week. 98% of businesses that do keep it.
Is Ogden's water hard?
Yes, like most of the Wasatch Front. Minerals give tap water a flat taste and build scale inside hot tanks and ice machines. Our systems purify the building's water with reverse osmosis at the machine, and at scheduled maintenance every 12 to 18 months we change the filters and check the machine over.
