Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Provo
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 35–40 minutes from our shop.

Serving Provo
Provo anchors the south end of the Wasatch Front's office belt. There are software and professional offices at The Riverwoods on the north end of University Avenue, law firms, practices and small companies downtown, and a mix of offices and light industry in East Bay Business Park off I-15. Add the dental and medical practices, schools and gyms that grow up around a university town, and you get a lot of people who drink water at work every day.
We serve Provo from our shop in Salt Lake City, about 35 to 40 minutes down I-15. The technicians who make that drive are our own employees. Most service calls are done the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day. When you call, a real person in Salt Lake picks up.
Chances are your office already has a cooler, either from a provider that quit returning calls or from a store, with nobody looking after it. Try one of ours free for a week. 98% of businesses that do keep it.

Provo water.
Provo City's 2024 Water Report describes the city's water as moderately hard, typically 10 to 15 grains per gallon. That's calcium and magnesium the water picks up on its way out of the canyons. Hardness isn't a health issue, but it leaves scale on anything that heats or chills water, and it can make water taste chalky. Every system we install runs your building's water through reverse osmosis, which takes out most of those minerals along with the chlorine taste and smell. EWG's tap water reports also flag a few contaminants in Utah water above EWG health guidelines, and reverse osmosis reduces many of those as well.

Your shop is in Salt Lake City. Does being in Provo slow things down?
Not much. Provo is about 35 to 40 minutes down I-15 from our shop, and our own technicians make that drive. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day. Service calls are free: if your cooler or ice machine isn't working, we fix it or swap it.
What kinds of Provo businesses do you work with?
Offices first: software and professional offices at The Riverwoods, downtown and in East Bay Business Park. We also work with dental and medical practices, schools, gyms, warehouses and shops. If your people are on site all day, they need drinking water, and usually ice.
How hard is Provo's water?
Provo City's 2024 Water Report describes it as moderately hard, typically 10 to 15 grains per gallon. Hard water leaves scale in coolers and ice machines and can taste chalky. Our systems purify your building's water with reverse osmosis, and we schedule maintenance every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then, so the water keeps tasting good.
Do you cover Orem and the rest of Utah County?
Yes. We cover Orem, Springville, Lehi and the rest of Utah County, and the whole state of Utah beyond it. The same people answer the phone and the same technicians do the work, wherever your office is.
