Commercial Ice Machines

Stainless ice and water dispensers, countertop or floor-standing, for break rooms, cafeterias and anyone who goes through a lot of ice.

Overview

When a combo unit can’t keep up, you want a dedicated ice machine. Ours are the stainless steel, hotel-and-cafeteria-style dispensers: push a paddle for ice, push the other for water. They sit on a counter or stand on their own base.

Like everything we install, they run off your own water line and purify the water with reverse osmosis first. Utah’s hard water is rough on ice machines, so clean water going in matters, and so does regular maintenance.

For some businesses, ice isn’t a perk. It’s part of the job, and nobody on staff is an ice-machine expert. That’s where we come in: we install it, we schedule the upkeep, and if it ever stops making ice, a service call is free.

Why businesses choose it.

  • Ice and water from one dispenser

Two paddles, ice on one side and water on the other. No scoop and no bin to keep clean.

  • Countertop or floor-standing

A countertop unit for the break room, or a floor-standing one where the counter space isn’t there.

  • Purified before it freezes

Reverse osmosis takes out the minerals and chlorine taste first, so the ice tastes clean.

  • Ice as a service

If ice is mission-critical for your business, we keep it running so your team never has to think about it.

What comes with it.

Installed by our own technicians and looked after for as long as you have it.

  • Installed by our own technicians

We run the water line and the drain, set the machine, and clean up after ourselves.

  • Free service calls

If it stops making ice, we fix it or swap it. Most calls are handled the same day, nearly all the rest the next day.

  • Maintenance we schedule

We schedule the cleaning and maintenance, change the filters and check the machine over. We reach out to set it up.

Questions about commercial ice machines.

What kind of ice machines do you install?

Stainless steel ice and water dispensers, the kind you see in hotels and cafeterias. They come in countertop and floor-standing versions.

Ice machine or combo unit?

A combo unit covers water, hot water and ice for a smaller team. A dedicated ice machine makes sense when you go through a lot of ice. We’ll help you pick at a free site visit.

What do you need to install one?

A water line we can tee off, a drain, and a power outlet nearby. Bigger ice machines use a slightly larger water line, which we run as part of the install.

Why does hard water matter for ice machines?

Minerals in hard water leave scale inside the machine, which slows it down and wears it out. Purifying the water first and keeping up with maintenance protects the machine.

Who keeps the machine clean?

We do. We schedule the cleaning and preventative maintenance, change the filters and check the machine over, and we reach out to set it up. You don’t have to track it.

What if it stops making ice?

Call us. Service calls are free, and we’ll fix it or swap it. Most calls are completed the same day.
