Water coolers and ice machines for auto dealerships
A machine your customers notice in the lounge, ice for the techs in the bays, and one local team looking after both.

Auto dealerships
A dealership is several workplaces sharing a roof. Customers sit in the lounge while their car gets an oil change or a recall, pouring a drink while they wait. Salespeople walk buyers across the showroom and offer a cold water before the test drive. Finance managers keep a glass on the desk through the paperwork, and service advisors talk all day on the drive. Behind the bay doors, technicians want ice and cold water through a hot afternoon under a lift.
The lounge machine matters most, because customers see it. A cooler with a taped-on sign, or a combo unit dripping onto a towel, says something about the store before anyone signs for a car. Usually the trouble is the company behind it: a provider that quit returning calls, or a unit picked up at a store that no one has serviced since the day it was plugged in. Out in the shop, the ice tends to come from a tired machine by the parts window that nobody owns.
We take the whole building off your list. Our own technicians install each machine on the dealership's water line, connect the drain and leave the lounge, the sales floor or the shop clean. Maintenance comes around every 12 to 18 months on a schedule we keep, and the filters are changed at that visit. When a machine quits, the service call is on us, and we repair it or bring a replacement. Set one up in the lounge free for a week and watch who uses it. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.
What it needs to do.
A lounge machine that looks the part
Customers judge the store by what they can see. A new machine with cold water, hot water and ice belongs next to the coffee, and it has to pour every time someone reaches for it.
Ice where the techs work
Technicians and porters go through ice all summer. A dispenser in the shop break area keeps them out of the customer lounge with their refill cups.
Water at the desks and in finance
Salespeople hand a buyer a bottle at the desk, and the finance and back offices want a cooler of their own instead of borrowing from the lounge.
One provider for the whole store
Lounge, shop and offices on one account, one local number to call, and technicians who already know where every machine in your building stands.
What fits.

- Water & Ice Combo CoolersThe customer lounge is the natural home for a combo unit: cold water, hot water for tea or cocoa, and pebble ice that customers notice. It works for the sales office, too.
- Commercial Ice MachinesIn the service department, a stainless dispenser keeps up with techs refilling insulated cups between jobs, and it stands in the shop where they already take their breaks.
- Bottleless Water CoolersA freestanding hot and cold cooler covers finance, the back office or a smaller used-car lot, anywhere ice isn't the point.
Questions from auto dealerships.
Anything else, just call. A real person picks up. 801-609-4321
Should the machine go in the customer lounge or in the service department?
Usually both, on separate machines. The lounge sees steady use from people waiting on their cars, while the shop gets rushes of techs who want a lot of ice at once. A common setup is a combo unit by the coffee and a dedicated ice machine near the bays, plus a cooler for the offices. Our rep walks the lounge, the showroom and the shop on one site visit.
Can you put a machine in the showroom or lounge if there's no sink right there?
Often. The machine needs a water line we can tee off, a drain and an outlet close by, and the tubing we run is small. Lounges with a coffee station, or a wall shared with a restroom, are usually easy to work from. If the spot you picked doesn't have what it needs, our rep will tell you and suggest the closest one that does.
Will the machine in our lounge carry somebody else's brand?
No manufacturer logos. Our coolers and combo units carry a small Water Star label with our phone number, so if anyone on your staff spots a problem, the number to call is right on the machine. We'll talk through placement with you so it fits the look of the lounge.
Pebble ice or bullet ice for a customer lounge?
Pebble ice is the usual pick for a lounge: soft, chewable, and the kind people tend to remember. Some of our combo units make bullet ice instead, which holds up a little longer in a drink. Either way the ice is made from water that has been through reverse osmosis, which takes out the hardness and chlorine taste of Utah tap water. Our rep can show you both.
What happens if the lounge machine stops working?
Call our local number and a real person in Salt Lake picks up. The service call is free: we fix the machine or swap it. Along the Wasatch Front, most service calls are completed the same day and nearly all the rest the next day, so the lounge isn't left with a dead machine and an apology sign.
Can we try it in the lounge before we decide?
Yes. We'll set one up free for a week next to the coffee, so you can see how many customers and staff actually use it. After the week we follow up to see how it went. 98% of businesses that try one keep it, and we'll reach out within 1 business day of your request.
