Water coolers and ice machines for law firms
A glass of cold water for the client in the conference room, and ice and hot water for the attorneys and staff who are still there at seven.

Law firms
A law firm has two audiences for its water. One is the client: the person waiting at reception before a consultation, or the family sitting through a long mediation in the big conference room. Someone at the front desk offers them a drink, and it should be cold, clean and poured from a machine that looks cared for. The other audience is the firm itself. Attorneys, paralegals and assistants put in long days, and the staff kitchen gets a lot of traffic between depositions and filings.
What firms usually have now doesn't fit either audience well. A dented cooler from a vendor who stopped returning calls sits in the hallway clients walk past. Or there's a countertop unit someone ordered online, which nobody on staff has had time to look after, while the receptionist restocks a mini-fridge with bottles for every meeting. Utah's hard water doesn't help; it builds chalky scale inside hot tanks and ice bins.
We take that whole job off the firm's plate. A new reverse-osmosis machine goes on your own water line with our label on it, set where clients and staff can reach it. Everyone we send to your office is on our payroll. If something stops working, call one local number: we repair or replace the machine, and you don't pay for that visit. Maintenance is ours to schedule every 12 to 18 months. You can also test one for a week at no cost before it goes anywhere near reception.
What it needs to do.
Something to offer every client
Cold or hot water, poured on the spot, for whoever is in the conference room. No case of bottles to restock before each meeting.
A look that suits the front of the firm
Clients notice the reception area. A new, clean machine reads very differently from a yellowed cooler with a faded sticker on the side.
Visits that stay out of the way
We reach out before scheduled maintenance, so the visit can land on a day that isn't stacked with client meetings or a closing.
Ice and hot water for long days
The people billing at 7 p.m. want their water iced, or something hot for tea. One combo machine back in the staff kitchen handles both.
What fits.
Our rep confirms the right mix at a free site visit.
- Bottleless Water CoolersA freestanding hot and cold cooler belongs near reception or in the hall outside the conference rooms, where staff can pour a glass for a client in seconds.
- Water & Ice Combo CoolersIn the staff kitchen of a firm with ten to twenty people, a single combo machine gives the attorneys and support staff pebble ice along with cold and hot water.

Can you install a water cooler inside our conference room?
Only if the room has water, a drain and power close by, and most conference rooms have no plumbing at all. More often we place the cooler in the hallway or reception area right outside, close enough that a glass of water is a few steps away. Our rep walks your floor plan with you and points out the spots that can work.
Clients see our reception area first. Won't a water cooler cheapen it?
Not a new one that's kept clean. Our coolers carry our own label, and they stand on the floor with no bottle on top and only a small supply line behind them. If you'd rather keep the front desk area clear, the cooler can sit around the corner and staff can bring water out to clients.
We're a small firm: a few attorneys, two paralegals and a receptionist. One machine or two?
Often one. Put a combo machine in the kitchen and it can serve a group that size and still supply a glass for a client. Firms that see a lot of clients in a day sometimes add a hot and cold cooler near the conference rooms. Our rep asks how your office actually runs before recommending anything.
We rent space in a downtown tower. What will the building need to approve?
We tap an existing cold water line using small tubing, run a drain line, and plug the machine in. Some leases ask tenants to clear that kind of work with property management first, so check yours. Our rep is happy to walk the suite with your building manager and explain the install.
Will a technician show up in the middle of a client meeting?
Not for routine maintenance. We contact you ahead of each visit and book a time, so you can steer us toward a slow afternoon. If a machine breaks down, you call us, and we work out with your office manager when to come in. Along the Wasatch Front, we finish most service calls the same day they come in.
Could we test a cooler for a while before it goes out front?
Yes. We'll set it up at no cost for a week, in whatever spot you choose, then call to hear what your staff thought. Ninety-eight out of every hundred businesses that take the trial keep the machine. Use the form, and expect to hear from us within 1 business day.
