Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Holladay

Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 10 minutes from our shop.

Serving Holladay

Holladay was settled in 1847 and is often called the oldest continuously inhabited town in Utah, and it still feels more like a village than a suburb. The city's general plan names Holladay Village, centered on Holladay Boulevard, as its historic commercial core. A half mile west, the old Cottonwood Mall site is being rebuilt as Holladay Hills, with new Class A office space and a coworking center already open.

There are no industrial parks here, so most employers are shops and offices, and most of the offices are small. Highland Drive is lined with professional buildings full of the kind of practice where four or five people share a staff room. The exception is the Millrock Drive campus beside I-215, which the city calls one of the most sought-after office addresses in Utah.

Our Salt Lake City shop is about ten minutes west, a quick hop on I-215 or 4500 South. The technicians who come out are on our payroll, service calls cost nothing, and most of those calls are finished the same day, nearly all the rest the next day. If your practice already has a cooler nobody remembers to service, try one of ours for a week at no charge. 98% of the businesses that do keep it.

Holladay water.

Holladay doesn't have a single water utility. The city lists three suppliers: Salt Lake City Public Utilities, Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District and the privately run Holliday Water Company. Salt Lake City's 2026 water quality report counts portions of Holladay in its service area and describes a supply drawn mainly from Wasatch streams such as Big and Little Cottonwood creeks, with groundwater wells mixed in during summer. That means two offices on the same block can get water from different places, and the taste can shift with the season. What they share is hardness: like most water along the Wasatch Front, it leaves scale on hot tanks and inside ice machines. Every machine we install sends the incoming water through reverse osmosis, which removes most of those minerals and the chlorine taste, whoever your supplier is.

Who supplies Holladay's water, and does it change anything?

It depends on the address. The city lists Salt Lake City Public Utilities, Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District and Holliday Water Company as its three suppliers, so you may not know which one feeds your building, and you don't need to. All of it is hard, and our machines purify it with reverse osmosis before it reaches a cup. We come back every 12 to 18 months to change the filters.

Do you also serve Millcreek, Cottonwood Heights and the rest of the east side?

Yes. Millcreek, Cottonwood Heights, Midvale and Salt Lake City's east bench are all next door and get the same technicians. We cover everywhere else in Utah too, so a firm with an office in Holladay and another downtown or down south can keep one phone number for both.

We're a small Holladay practice with five people. Are we too small for this?

Not at all. A lot of our customers are offices exactly that size. One bottleless cooler in the staff room, or a combo unit if your team wants ice too, usually covers it. The site visit is free, and so is the first week with the machine, so you can see whether it gets used before you decide.

We're a larger company on Millrock Drive. Do you handle bigger offices too?

Yes. Big floors just mean more machines: a bottleless cooler near each cluster of desks, combo units in the smaller break rooms, and a commercial ice machine where the most people gather. Our rep walks the space with your facilities contact, finds the water lines and drains, and puts together a plan. Our own technicians handle every machine afterward.
