Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Murray

Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, a few minutes from our shop.

Serving Murray

Murray sits in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley, with I-15 cutting straight through town and I-215 running along its southern edge. Its biggest employer is the Intermountain Medical Center campus on Cottonwood Street, and the blocks around it fill up with clinics, specialists and billing teams. Close by, the office buildings on Commerce Drive face the freeway, full of suites where a dozen or twenty people share one break room.

State Street tells the rest of the story. Downtown Murray and the City Center District around 4800 South hold older buildings and small professional offices. Dealerships line the street from 4500 South down toward Fashion Place, each with a showroom, a customer lounge and a service drive. West of the freeway, off 4500 South and 300 West, are flex buildings and warehouses whose crews want cold water and a lot of ice.

This is home for us: our shop is right here in Murray, so the technicians who install your machine start the day a few minutes from your building. They work for us, not a subcontractor, and a service call costs you nothing; we repair the machine or replace it. Most Murray businesses we talk to already have a cooler that nobody looks after anymore. Swap it for one of ours and try it free for a week. 98% of the businesses that try one keep it.

Murray water.

Murray City Water's 2025 Water Quality Report lists 27 sources for the city's system: 19 deep wells across the Salt Lake Valley and 8 springs near Big Cottonwood Canyon. The same report puts average hardness at 194 mg/L, about 11.4 grains per gallon, which is plainly hard water. That calcium and magnesium turns into white scale on hot tanks and ice machine parts and leaves a mineral edge in the glass. Not every Murray address is on city water, either: the report's service map shows parts of east Murray served by Jordan Valley Water or Salt Lake City Public Utilities. Whichever system feeds your building, the reverse osmosis inside each of our machines strips out most of the minerals and the chlorine taste before the water reaches a cup.

Anything else, just call. A real person picks up. 801-609-4321

Your shop is in Murray. What does that mean for our business?

Mostly, a short drive. Our technicians work out of our shop here in Murray, so most buildings in town are a few minutes away. They're our own employees, and when a cooler or ice machine quits, the service call is free: we fix it or swap it. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next day.

How hard is Murray's water?

Hard. Murray City Water's 2025 report lists an average of 194 mg/L, about 11.4 grains per gallon, from a supply of 19 deep wells and 8 springs. Some buildings in east Murray are served by Jordan Valley Water or Salt Lake City Public Utilities instead. Either way, reverse osmosis at the machine takes out most of the minerals, and we come back every 12 to 18 months to change the filters and check it over.

Do you cover Midvale, Holladay, Taylorsville and the rest of the valley?

Yes. Murray's neighbors are all close to our shop: South Salt Lake, Millcreek, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Midvale, Taylorsville and West Jordan. Beyond them we cover the whole state of Utah. If your company has an office in Murray and a warehouse or second office somewhere else, the same team can look after both.

Our practice is in a medical office building near Intermountain Medical Center. What do you need from the building?

Three things near the spot you have in mind: a water line we can tee off, a drain for the reverse osmosis, and an outlet. Most staff rooms already have all three. The tubing is small, the install is quick, and we clean up after ourselves. Our sales rep can go over it with your building manager at the free site visit.
