Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Midvale
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 10 minutes from our shop.

Serving Midvale
For most of a century, west Midvale was smelter ground. The old steel and slag site along the Jordan River has since been cleaned up and rebuilt as Bingham Junction, and by 2018 the EPA counted 56 businesses and more than 2,600 employees there. Office buildings now line Bingham Junction Boulevard near the Red Line station that shares its name, and a handful of companies run their headquarters from this part of town.
Two more pockets round out the map. Historic Main Street has turned into an arts district of murals, studios and small storefronts, while the flex and warehouse buildings along 700 West near 7200 South hold crews who come back from jobs thirsty. East of I-15, the Union Park office buildings at the I-215 exit house law practices, regional sales teams and back-office staff.
None of it is far for us. Our Salt Lake City shop sits roughly ten minutes up I-15, and the technicians who make that trip are our own employees. When a machine quits, the visit costs you nothing: we repair it or bring a replacement. If there's already a cooler in your break room that nobody has serviced in a while, let us swap in one of ours for a free week. 98% of the businesses that try one keep it.

Midvale water.
Midvale runs its own water system, and where your water comes from depends on which side of town your building is on. The city's public utilities division says the west side is served by city-owned wells, while the east side gets water the city buys from Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. Midvale's 2025 drinking water quality report names the three wells: Million Gallon, Oak Street and Hancock. The east side is the old Union area, annexed in 1998 and fed for years by Sandy and Jordan Valley before Midvale took over its pipes. Like most Utah water, both supplies are hard, and the minerals build into crust on hot tanks and ice machine parts. Reverse osmosis inside each of our machines pulls out most of that hardness along with the chlorine taste, so a glass poured at Bingham Junction tastes like one poured at Union Park.
Questions from Midvale businesses.
Anything else, just call. A real person picks up. 801-609-4321
Is Midvale's water the same on both sides of town?
Not quite. According to the city, west-side buildings get water from Midvale's own wells, and the east side runs on water bought from Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. Both are hard. Our machines purify whichever one comes in with reverse osmosis, so the taste stays the same, and we return every 12 to 18 months to change the filters and look the machine over.
Do you also work in Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, West Jordan and Taylorsville?
Yes. Every city that touches Midvale is a short drive for our technicians: Cottonwood Heights and Holladay to the east, Sandy and South Jordan to the south, West Jordan and Taylorsville across the Jordan River. Past them, we work anywhere in Utah. A company with an office at Union Park and a shop somewhere else in the valley can keep both machines with one team.
We lease a suite in one of the newer Bingham Junction buildings. Does our landlord need to be involved?
Usually only to say yes. The install tees into a water line that's already in your space, uses a drain for the reverse osmosis, and plugs into a regular outlet, so there's no construction. Most tenants just let the property manager know when we're coming. If your lease asks for approval on plumbing work, our sales rep can talk it through with building management at the free site visit.
Our team at Union Park is about 40 people on two floors. What setup makes sense?
Probably more than one machine. A combo unit is happiest serving 10 to 20 people, so a group your size often ends up with a bottleless cooler on each floor, or a cooler on one and a combo or ice machine on the other. It comes down to where the water lines and drains already are and how much ice your people go through, which our rep sorts out on a walk-through.
