Serving Taylorsville
Taylorsville is a small city with a lot of traffic through it. I-215 meets Redwood Road inside city limits, Bangerter Highway crosses the west side, and 4700 South, 5400 South and 6200 South carry the valley east to west. Redwood Road is the spine. The stretch from about 5300 South up to I-215 is the city's commercial hub, with the retail district at 5400 South that grew up in the 1980s and office suites scattered along both sides.
Go east toward the Jordan River and the buildings get taller: Sorenson Research Park lines Riverboat Road and Levoy Drive with multi-story offices. In the middle of town, Salt Lake Community College's Taylorsville Redwood Campus, its largest, covers two blocks at 4600 South, and since April 2026 Midvalley Express buses run in their own lanes on 4700 South past it. For a city this size, that's a lot of desks.
Our Salt Lake City shop is about 10 minutes from most Taylorsville addresses. The technician who comes out works for us, not a contractor, and service calls are free whether we fix the machine or swap it. Most get done the same day, and nearly all the rest the next. If your office has a cooler a previous provider forgot about, try one of ours free for a week. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.

Taylorsville water.
Most Taylorsville buildings get their water from Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District, a district separate from the city whose territory runs from West Valley City south to West Jordan and from Kearns east to the Jordan River. The district's 2024 water quality report says the majority of its supply is pumped from wells in the Salt Lake Valley's principal aquifer, with treated surface water from Deer Creek and Jordanelle reservoirs bought from Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District to fill in. The same report puts total dissolved solids at an average of about 505 parts per million. It doesn't list a hardness figure, but groundwater in Utah tends to be hard, and those minerals show up as scale on heating tanks and ice makers. Reverse osmosis in each of our machines removes most of them, along with the chlorine taste.

Who supplies Taylorsville's water, and what's in it?
For most of the city it's Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District. Its 2024 report says the bulk of the water comes from wells in the valley's principal aquifer, with some treated reservoir water from Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, and total dissolved solids averaged about 505 parts per million. Our machines run it through reverse osmosis, and we schedule a visit every 12 to 18 months to change the filters.
Do you also work in Kearns, West Valley City and Midvale?
Yes. From Taylorsville we cover Kearns, West Valley City, West Jordan, Midvale, South Salt Lake and Millcreek, all of them close to our shop, and the rest of Utah beyond the valley. A company with a few locations on the west side can have every one of them looked after by the same team.
We lease a suite in Sorenson Research Park. Do we need the building's permission for a cooler?
It's a good idea to loop in your property manager. The install is small: we tee into a water line near the spot, connect a drain, plug the machine in and clean up afterward. Our rep can talk it through with your building manager at the free site visit.
Our office on Redwood Road has a kitchenette the size of a closet. Will anything fit?
Probably. A bottleless cooler stands on a small footprint, and there are countertop and under-counter options when floor space is the problem. What matters most is a water line, a drain and an outlet close by. Our rep measures the space at the site visit and tells you what fits before anything is installed.
