Serving Spanish Fork
Spanish Fork has become one of the places south Utah County goes to build things. West of I-15, the land around the municipal airport is filling in with industrial buildings, including the Verk Industrial Park, set up to draw manufacturing and freight work with rail and freeway access. On the north end, new light-industrial buildings have gone up along 2700 North near the Springville line. Most pair a shop or warehouse floor with a front office, and both need cold water all shift.
The other half of town works in clinics, classrooms and storefronts. Intermountain's Spanish Fork Hospital opened in 2021 beside Canyon Creek, where I-15 meets Highway 6, with medical office space along the nearby Highway 6 frontage. Downtown, Main Street holds the city offices and small professional firms, and Nebo School District runs high schools, a junior high and a middle school here, each with a staff room.
We cover Spanish Fork from our Salt Lake City shop, a straight run down I-15 past Provo. The technician who shows up is on our payroll, a real person in Salt Lake answers when you call, and a service call costs nothing: we repair the machine or replace it. If the cooler in your break room came from a provider you can no longer reach, put one of ours in for a free week. 98% of businesses that try one keep it.

Spanish Fork water.
Spanish Fork's drinking water is all groundwater. The city's 2025 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report lists five springs and two wells as its sources, with no treated river or reservoir water in the mix, and the city runs a separate pressurized irrigation system for lawns, so the line into your break room carries that spring and well water. Groundwater picks up minerals on its way through the rock, and the same report shows total dissolved solids anywhere from 272 to 724 ppm depending on the source. It doesn't publish a hardness number, but like most Utah water it's hard enough to leave scale in hot tanks and ice machines. Every system we install runs that water through reverse osmosis at the machine, which takes out most of the minerals and the chlorine taste. Reverse osmosis also brings down a number of the contaminants EWG's tap water reports note in Utah water above EWG health guidelines.

What's in Spanish Fork's tap water?
Groundwater only. The city's 2025 water quality report lists five springs and two wells, and irrigation runs on a separate system, so indoor taps get that spring and well water. Its dissolved solids range from 272 to 724 ppm by source, and it's hard like most Utah water. Our machines purify it with reverse osmosis, and we change the filters at maintenance we schedule every 12 to 18 months.
Our building west of I-15 has a shop floor and a front office. What do you put where?
Usually two machines. Crews on the floor go through ice and water in bursts at breaks, so a commercial ice machine near their break area fits best. The office side does well with a bottleless cooler or a combo unit. Each spot needs a water line, a drain and an outlet nearby, and our rep looks at both on one free site visit.
We're a practice near Spanish Fork Hospital. Can you put a cooler in the waiting room?
Yes. A freestanding bottleless cooler is the usual choice for a waiting room: patients pour their own cup of cold water, and there are no jugs stacked in the corner. Many practices add a second unit or a combo machine in the staff room. Newer medical buildings around Canyon Creek usually have a water line close by, and we'll confirm it at the site visit.
Do you also cover Springville, Salem, Payson and Mapleton?
Yes. The towns around Spanish Fork are on the same route for us: Springville and Mapleton to the north and east, Salem, Payson and Santaquin to the south, and Provo and Orem up the freeway. We serve the whole state, so a company with a plant here and an office in Salt Lake City deals with one team for both.
