Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Pleasant Grove

Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 30–35 minutes from our shop.

Serving Pleasant Grove

Pleasant Grove's biggest cluster of offices sits on the west side of town, where Pleasant Grove Boulevard meets I-15, in the area known as The Grove. Its Valley Grove towers rise five and six stories with lower office buildings around them, and the tenants run from software teams to real estate brokerages. Every floor has a break room, and most of them are busy.

Nearby on 700 South, the buildings turn into flex suites and newer warehouses, where crews load, pack and ship all day. Farther east, the old downtown on Main and Center Street is a different scale again: a block of brick storefronts holding small practices, agencies and family firms in what's known as Utah's City of Trees.

We drive down from our Salt Lake City shop, roughly half an hour on I-15. Whoever comes out is our own employee, never a hired subcontractor, and if your machine quits, the visit is free: we repair it or bring a replacement. Most calls wrap up the same day, and nearly every other one the next. Already stuck with a store-bought cooler nobody services? Let us set one up free for a week; nearly every office that tries it, 98%, keeps it.

Pleasant Grove water.

Pleasant Grove City serves groundwater only. Its 2025 drinking water report lists eight springs and seven wells, fed by snowmelt and rain soaking into the mountainside above town, and the city says the water needs no treatment beyond chlorination. In 2025 the state's Division of Drinking Water gave the system a sanitary survey with no deficiencies at all. The report doesn't list a hardness figure; it does put total dissolved solids between 148 and 500 parts per million depending on the source, mostly minerals picked up underground. That mineral load is what leaves spots on glasses and scale in ice machines, so every system we install sends your water through reverse osmosis first, removing most of it along with the chlorine taste.

Is Pleasant Grove's water good enough without a cooler?

It's well-run water. The city draws from eight springs and seven wells, treats it only with chlorine, and passed its 2025 state sanitary survey without a single deficiency. It still carries the dissolved minerals that groundwater picks up, between 148 and 500 parts per million by the city's report, plus the chlorine taste. Reverse osmosis takes most of that out, which is why a cup from our cooler tastes cleaner than the break room tap and scale has far less to build on inside the machine.

We lease a floor in one of the towers at The Grove. Who do we talk to about an install?

Start with us, and we'll loop in your property manager if needed. At the free site visit our rep looks for a water line to tee into, a drain and power near your break room, which most office kitchens in newer buildings already have. Then we pick the machine for your headcount and schedule a quick, tidy install.

Our warehouse on the west side has a shop floor and a front office. What would you put where?

Usually two different machines. Crews on the floor go through ice fast in a Utah summer, so a stainless ice and water dispenser near the dock tends to earn its place. The office staff out front are often well served by a bottleless cooler or a combo unit. We'll walk both areas with you before recommending anything.

Do you cover Lindon and Cedar Hills too?

Yes. Lindon, Cedar Hills and American Fork all share a border with Pleasant Grove, and Orem is just down the road. Our technicians cover all of them, along with the rest of Utah County and the whole state. One phone number, the same crew, wherever your locations are.
