Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Logan
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about an hour and a half from our shop.

Serving Logan
Logan is the hub of Cache Valley, and its workplaces look a lot like the valley itself. Utah State University and its Innovation Campus in North Logan bring offices, labs and research teams. The industrial corridor along 1000 West holds manufacturers, machine shops and warehouses, and the valley's dairy and food plants keep a lot of people on the clock.
Each of those break rooms asks for something different. A research group near campus tends to want cold water, hot water for tea and pebble ice from one machine on the counter. A production crew on its lunch break goes through ice by the bucket in July. A dental office or a downtown insurance agency usually just wants a hot and cold cooler that someone keeps up.
Logan is about an hour and a half from our Salt Lake City shop, up I-15 and over Sardine Canyon, and the technicians who make the trip are our own employees, not subcontractors. Service calls are free: if a machine isn't working, we fix it or swap it. Call us and a real person in Salt Lake answers. Want to try one first? It's free for a week, and 98% of the businesses that try one keep it.

Logan water.
Logan City's 2025 Annual Water Quality Report says the city's water comes from groundwater: DeWitt Spring and four wells, at Crockett Avenue, Center, 7th North and Willow Park. The report doesn't publish a hardness figure, so we don't quote one here. Groundwater in northern Utah generally carries the calcium and magnesium that build scale inside hot tanks and ice machines and give the glass a flat, mineral taste. We purify the building's own water with reverse osmosis inside each machine, so those minerals and the chlorine taste are gone before anything reaches a cup or the ice bin.

Do you come out to Logan?
Yes. Logan and the rest of Cache Valley are part of our service area. The people who install your machine, and the ones who come back to service it, are our own technicians from our Salt Lake City shop, and if a machine stops working, the service call is free.
Do you cover the rest of Cache Valley?
Yes: North Logan, Hyde Park, Smithfield, Providence, Nibley, Hyrum and the rest of the valley. A business with one site in Cache Valley and another down in Ogden or Salt Lake can keep both with one provider.
Does a plant break room need something different from an office?
Usually it needs more ice. A crew coming off a hot production floor goes through far more of it than an office does, so a floor-standing ice and water dispenser is common there. Offices near campus often do well with a combo unit that pours cold water and pebble ice from one machine. Either way it runs on the building's own water line, purified by reverse osmosis, and we size it at the free site visit.
Is Logan's water hard?
Logan's water comes from a spring and four city wells, and the city's water quality report doesn't list a hardness number. Utah groundwater usually runs hard, which shows up as scale in ice machines and a mineral taste in the glass. Reverse osmosis at the machine takes most of it out, and every 12 to 18 months we come back on our own schedule to change the filters and look the machine over.
