Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Heber City

Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians, about 45–50 minutes from our shop.

Serving Heber City

More and more businesses are setting up shop in Heber City. New office and commercial buildings keep going up along Main Street and out toward Heber Valley Airport, Heber Valley Hospital anchors a growing medical community, and the building around Jordanelle and Midway brings property management, real-estate and construction offices along with it.

Those businesses don't all need the same machine. A title office on Main Street, where clients sit down to sign, often wants cold water and pebble ice from a combo unit in the back room. A clinic near the hospital usually needs a hot and cold cooler for staff and patients. A contractor's shop out toward Jordanelle needs a stainless ice and water dispenser that can keep up with a crew all summer.

Our shop is in Salt Lake City, about 45 to 50 minutes away through Parleys Canyon and down US-40. The technicians who come over are employees of ours, most service calls are done the same day, and nearly all the rest the next. Service calls are free, a real person in Salt Lake answers the phone, and if your company also has a Park City location, the same team looks after both.

Heber City water.

Heber City's 2025 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report lists groundwater as the city's supply: Broadhead Spring and three wells, at Broadhead, Hospital and Valley Hills. The report doesn't give a hardness figure, so we won't guess at one. Utah groundwater tends to carry the minerals that scale up hot tanks and ice machines over time and leave a mineral edge on the taste. Our systems purify your building's water with reverse osmosis right at the machine, and the maintenance we schedule every 12 to 18 months, when we change the filters, keeps scale from building up in the machine.

Do you come out to Heber City?

Yes, Heber is part of our regular service area. Our own technicians drive over from Salt Lake City, about 45 to 50 minutes away, and most service calls are done the same day, with nearly all the rest the next day. There's no charge for a service call, and if a machine has quit, we repair it or replace it.

Do you cover Midway and the Jordanelle area too?

Yes: Midway, Charleston, Daniel and the communities around Jordanelle. Park City is just up the road as well, so a company with sites in both places deals with one provider and one phone number.

We're in a newer building near the airport. What do you need for an install?

Three things: a water line we can tee off, a drain (reverse osmosis needs one) and power nearby. Newer office and flex space usually has all three close to the break room. A sales rep checks the spot at a free site visit and recommends a machine, and we can put it in as a free one-week trial.

Is Heber City's water hard?

The city's annual water quality report doesn't publish a hardness number, and its water comes from a spring and wells. Utah groundwater generally runs hard, and that's what scales up ice machines and hot tanks. The reverse osmosis stage in each machine pulls most of those minerals out, and we put a maintenance visit on the calendar every 12 to 18 months to swap the filters.
