Serving Farmington

Most of Farmington's newer office space went up around Station Park, by the FrontRunner stop off Park Lane. Class A office floors along University Avenue sit above and beside the shops, the sort of space that suits a regional team, a sales office or a professional firm of twenty. The University of Utah's Farmington Health Center is part of the same development.

Old downtown has a different job. As the Davis County seat, Farmington holds the county administration building on Main Street and one of the Second District Court's courthouses, and law and title offices like to be close to both. South of downtown, a three-story Class A office building on 200 West has frontage right on I-15.

Station Park sits beside the junction where I-15, US-89, Legacy Parkway and Park Lane all meet, so the run up from our Salt Lake City shop is a straight one for our technicians, who work for us and nobody else. If your cooler or ice machine stops, the service call is free and we fix it or swap it. Most service calls are completed the same day, and nearly all the rest the next. Farmington water.

Unlike Kaysville next door, which buys all of its water, Farmington draws nearly all of its drinking water from its own ground. The city's 2025 Water Quality Report says about 90% comes from four city wells in different parts of town, with the remaining 10% bought from the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District. The report gives no hardness figure, yet Utah water runs hard as a rule, and the calcium and magnesium show up as crusty white scale on hot tanks and ice machine parts. Every machine we install treats your building's water with reverse osmosis, taking out most of those minerals and the chlorine taste. The Environmental Working Group's database also lists a few contaminants in Utah supplies at levels above EWG health guidelines, and reverse osmosis brings many of those down as well.

Where does Farmington's water come from?

Mostly from the city's own wells. Farmington City's 2025 Water Quality Report says about 90% of its drinking water comes from four wells around town and the other 10% from the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District. There's no hardness figure in it, though water along the Wasatch Front is hard almost everywhere. Our machines purify it with reverse osmosis, and we schedule maintenance every 12 to 18 months and change the filters then.

Our firm leases a suite at Station Park. Can you install in a multi-tenant office building?

Yes, and it's one of the most common installs we do. The machine needs a water line to tee off, a drain for the reverse osmosis and an outlet, so the best spot is usually beside your suite's own sink. If property management wants to sign off, our rep can explain the job at the free site visit: thin poly tubing, a quick install, and we clean up afterward.

We're a law office near the courthouse, and clients wait in our lobby. What do you suggest?

Usually a bottleless cooler up front, where clients can pour a cold or hot cup themselves, and a second machine in the staff area if your team is big enough to want ice. A combo unit fits offices of about 10 to 20 people. Our rep looks at both rooms and recommends one machine or two, not more than you need.

Do you cover Centerville, Kaysville and Fruit Heights too?

Yes. Centerville to the south, Kaysville and Fruit Heights to the north, and the rest of Davis County are all covered, along with the whole state of Utah. If your company has another location down in Bountiful or up in Layton, one team answers the phone and our own technicians look after every site.
