Commercial Water & Ice Systems in Cedar City
Water coolers and ice machines installed and looked after by our own technicians from our Salt Lake City shop.

Serving Cedar City
Most of Cedar City's offices sit around Southern Utah University and along Main Street downtown: law and insurance offices, small companies, and the clinics and practices near Cedar City Hospital on North Main. Out west, near the regional airport, the Port 15 business park adds manufacturing and packaging plants and the warehouses that serve them.
So the work here splits two ways. Offices, clinics and campus-area businesses want a clean hot and cold cooler, or a combo unit with pebble ice, in the break room. Plants and warehouses want ice, and plenty of it, for crews working shifts on the floor.
When you call, someone in Salt Lake who can actually help picks up. The machines themselves are installed and serviced by employees of ours from our Salt Lake City shop, and should one stop working, we fix it or swap it as many times as it takes, without charging for the service call. Not sure a new machine is worth the switch? Try one in your break room for a week, free; 98% of businesses that try one keep it.

Cedar City water.
Cedar City's drinking water comes largely from wells in Cedar Valley. We haven't found a published hardness figure from the city, so we won't give one. Well water in this part of the state usually runs hard, though, and it shows: white crust around faucets, scale inside hot tanks and ice machines, and a taste people notice. That's what our machines are built for: each one purifies your building's own water with reverse osmosis, so the minerals and the chlorine taste stay out of the cup.

Do you come out to Cedar City?
Yes. We work across Iron County, from offices and campus-area businesses around Southern Utah University to the plants out at Port 15. The technicians who install and service your machine are employees of ours, and service calls are free: if something stops working, we fix it or swap it.
Can you handle ice for a production plant?
Yes. Plants and warehouses are some of our heaviest ice users. A floor-standing ice and water dispenser on the building's own water line keeps a break room stocked through every shift, and we size it at the free site visit around how many people you have and how they work.
Do you only work with big plants?
No. Offices come first for us: a law office or insurance agency on Main Street, a clinic near the hospital, a small company that wants a better break-room cooler than the one it has now. For a team of 10 to 20, a combo unit with cold water, hot water and pebble ice in one machine is a popular fit.
Is Cedar City's water hard?
Generally, yes. Cedar City draws much of its water from wells, and Utah groundwater tends to run hard, which builds scale in ice machines and gives water a chalky taste. Our systems purify it with reverse osmosis right at the machine, and we change the filters at maintenance we schedule every 12 to 18 months.
